Refund and Return Policy

Refund policy

There is a 3-day return policy. This means returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt .To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, submit below or send an email  info@melita-lee.com. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a refund or a replacement, if one is still in stock. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations 

For cancellations, please send notification within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation request will be approved if submitted and acknowledged Before shipping. Items are processed daily, recommended to submit cancellation within 2 hours of placing order. Orders marked as “shipped” cannot be cancelled.

Damages and concerns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if wrong item was received.
